CEden Creek Meat Loaf


2 pounds of grass fed ground beef
2 farm fresh eggs
3/4 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons of sea salt
1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion


Topping


3/4 cup of ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon' mustard
3 tablespoons of brown sugar

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F,
Beat eggs in large mixing bowl,then stir
remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
shape into loaf and place in 2 quart casserole dish.
Combine topping ingredient's and spread over meatloaf.
Cover and bake for 2hrs 15min
remove cover and bake 15min more
remove from oven let rest, cut and garnish with
grated organic carrots and chopped heirloom garlic.
with a side of arugula and mustard salad!
